The Worst Foods You Need to Avoid

Some food can be very bad for you especially fried foods like french fries. French fries are killers because they are cooked in trans-fat at high temperatures, all sorts of interesting and very unpleasant things occur. Anything that is fried, even vegetables, has the issue of trans-fat and the potent cancer-causing substance is overwhelming. Animal studies have shown that exposure to acrylamide increases the risk of several types of cancer and this is found in trans-fats. French fries and potato chips are the biggest offenders.

Doughnuts are horrible for you also because they are full of sugar and white flour. It’s too bad that Americans view doughnuts as a breakfast food because it’s one of the worse ways to start off your day.

One can of soda is full of sugar and it will raise your blood pressure and the sweet sugary taste is addictive and will force you to drink more. Many nutritionists consider sugar to be a poison and that in itself should be reason to stay away from it.
